Job Description

We are seeking a Website Content Strategist & Operations Lead who will own the end-to-end content lifecycle across our global digital this role you will take full accountability for ensuring that web content is strategically placed meets business goals and is always published in the right locations to maximize impact and this role you will be the primary owner of our websites content operations and editorial governance. You will have the authority to enforce standards ensure content quality and push back or redirect requests to protect the integrity consistency and strategic direction of our digital presence. You will guide marketing teams on digital content best practices and encourage use of AI content generators with a human touch. You will work closely with UX SEO and content editor colleagues.

 

Duties and Accountabilities:

Oversee the strategic placement of content ensuring that every asset is published in the most effective location for maximum business impact and discoverability. Proactively push back or redirect requests that do not align with web strategy information architecture or best practices.

Drive a culture of regular site audits producing auditing frameworks for auditing site content and structure for continuous optimization identifying gaps and redundancies and triggering efforts to optimize for SEO brand voice and user experience.

Act as the first point of contact for website content discussions with Marketing Product SEO and regional teams. Challenge clarify and negotiate stakeholder content requests to ensure alignment with web goals and user journeys.

Serve as the digital editorial leadensuring content quality consistency and strategic alignment across pages campaigns and regional sites.

Own administer and continuously improve the Asana request intake system for content updates new page builds enhancements and stakeholder submissions.

Triage prioritize assign and track tasks across the team.

Build Asana reporting dashboards to track ticket volumes SLAs and delivery metrics to inform senior stakeholders and help to report on and manage resourcing.

Liaise with stakeholders across Marketing Product and SEO to manage priorities and timelines for all website requests.

Identify and implement improvements in request submissions publishing workflows automation and content delivery.

Be prepared to manage and publish content when needed using our CMS (Sitecore) ensuring accuracy consistency and brand alignment.

Adhere to our language strategy coordinating translations localization reviews and regional content sign-off processes.

Support the rollout of new page templates microsites and content campaigns.

Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap execution across digital marketing and platform infrastructure.

Ensure content operations align with broader site architecture and strategic goals.

 

Overall Ability

The ideal person will be able to work well in a team and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced digital environment. This role will be integral to ensuring all digital outputs are of the highest standard possible.

Self-starter with the ability to work freely and in the global team.


Qualifications :

 

4 years of work history in web operations content management or digital marketing

Proficiency with CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred) and content publishing workflows

Strong knowledge of Asana (or similar tools) to manage cross-functional tickets and tasks

Excellent editing proofing and formatting skills; keen eye for detail

Familiarity with SEO basics accessibility (WCAG) and responsive web design

self-assured working in cross-functional meetings and managing stakeholder communications

Keen interest in AI to enable marketing functions
