As we continue to expand we are in search of a passionate and skilled Sales Engineer who shares our commitment to excellence to join our dynamic team.
As a Remote Sales Engineer at AMG & Associates you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our products and our customers. Your technical knowledge and sales acumen will be instrumental in effectively communicating the value of our solutions driving sales growth and most importantly ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.
2- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
3- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4- Provide technical support during the sales process addressing questions and concerns.
5- Create and deliver proposals and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
6- Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and technological advancements.
7- Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
8- Assist with training and onboarding of new sales team members.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
2- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
3- Strong understanding of specific technologies products or services relevant to AMG & Associates.
4- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
6- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
