We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a Remote Procurement Sourcing Specialist you will be at the heart of our procurement process playing a pivotal role in sourcing and purchasing goods and services to meet the needs of our clients. Your collaboration with various teams to identify purchasing requirements negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards is crucial to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
2- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
3- Create and manage procurement documents including requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders.
4- Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing needs and provide timely support.
5- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs to optimize supply chain efficiency.
6- Analyze supplier performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
7- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and sourcing.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
2- Proven experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain management.
3- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
4- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
7- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
