Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new contingent workforce hires ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization.
  • Supervise and manage the offboarding process ensuring all necessary procedures are followed and exit documentation is completed.
  • Oversee and improve operational activities related to contingent workforce management including maintaining records managing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic support for HC operations including data management reporting and leading HC/CW projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless people operations processes and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Mentor and guide junior associates in the contingent workforce team.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced 3 years in HR operations or people operations.
  • Proven experience in managing contingent workforce operations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel reporting and other latest AI tools.
  • Ability to manage and integrate multiple data sources and systems.
