Overview:We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our team in Green Bay Wisconsin. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a flexible part-time schedule (710 shifts per month) within a well-established rehabilitation program. You will provide direct patient care in a supportive collaborative environment with a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical medicine and rehabilitation care to patients.
Oversee and coordinate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols to optimize patient outcomes.
Partner with hospital administration and colleagues to enhance rehabilitation services.
Qualifications:
MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $200$250 per hour.
Flexible part-time schedule: 710 shifts per month.
