Junior Procurement Project Manager :
Philips Oral Health Care (OHC) is looking for a Junior Procurement Project Manager to support and lead impactful initiatives that improve total cost of ownership supplier performance quality and supply chain resilience primarily within our Paper & Packaging category.
Your role:
Lead and support procurement projects within the Paper & Packaging category focused on cost savings quality improvement and supply optimization.
Identify and execute Bill of Materials (BoM) cost reductions through concept & source changes and supplier negotiations.
Drive supplier engagement for RFPs ensuring technical alignment competitive pricing and full participation.
Support Design for Excellence (DfX) and early supplier involvement to improve product performance and reduce costs.
Build and maintain product cost roadmaps and ensure supplier readiness through launch and lifecycle phases.
Youll work closely with internal stakeholders across Engineering Manufacturing R&D Quality and Commercial functions while engaging with global suppliers to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Youre the right fit if:
You have a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Procurement Industrial Engineering Business Administration or relevant experience.
Youve acquired 2 years of experience in Procurement Supply Chain Project Management R&D or related areas. International work experience is a plus.
Your skills include solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail as well as a proactive self-motivated approach and a global mindset.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Youre an effective communicator and collaborator with the ability to work across functions and with external partners.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office-based role.

The pay range for this position in Bothell WA is $76000 - 100000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
