Position Description:
PAR is seeking a Senior Manager Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for our Engagement Cloudan integrated suite that includes loyalty offer management messaging digital wallets and guest data capabilities. This role is both strategic and hands-on leading a team of Product Marketing Managers and working cross-functionally to define messaging drive growth and bring innovative customer engagement products to market. Youll serve as a key voice in defining market differentiation and aligning internal teams to drive product success.

What Were Looking For:
8 years in product marketing or similar GTM roles.
Deep knowledge of customer engagement tools (e.g. loyalty messaging personalization CDPs).
Experience launching B2B SaaS products in restaurant retail or similar verticals.
Strong ability to translate complex product functionality into differentiated messaging.
Data-driven approach to positioning pricing and roadmap prioritization.
Confident communicator with strong executive presence and storytelling abilities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
Help to stabilize and build product marketing function and processes within.
Additional Skills:
Experience marketing B2B2C platforms or products.
Exposure to product-led growth and/or account-based marketing strategies.
Experience collaborating with third-party ecosystems or marketplaces.
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Define and refine clear compelling messaging for products including loyalty offers digital wallets and guest data.
Serve as the voice of the customergather insights from sales customers and market trends to guide product roadmap and GTM.
Own product launches from strategy through execution partnering with Product Sales Enablement and Customer Experience.
Shape pricing packaging and promotional strategies in collaboration with Product Finance and Account Management.
Represent the Engagement Cloud in executive settings offering insights that guide long-term investment and innovation.
Help evolve our product marketing strategy as the portfolio scales and new verticals emerge.
