Were looking for a smart ambitious individual to join our Sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). This is a key entry-level role that sits at the start of our sales processfilling the pipeline for our Account Executives and helping the company grow faster.
Youll be responsible for generating interest contacting leads and booking calls and demos with potential customers. Youll work across inbound leads outbound outreach and targeted lists from our DataOps team. Well provide you with everything you need to succeed: training tools scripts and a clear path to progress toward an Account Executive role.

Contact leads via phone email and LinkedIn to generate interest
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for our Account Executives
Work with inbound leads from our website and outbound leads from DataOps
Maintain accurate records of outreach in our CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
Learn the sales process from start to finish
Hit monthly goals for qualified opportunities and booked meetings
Earn bonuses based on revenue from customers who go live
A degree in a quantitative field like Economics Mathematics Engineering or a related discipline is idealbut were open to candidates with strong analytical skills from other backgrounds.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking to people on the phone and building rapport
Curious coachable and excited to learn
Good with numbers and detail-oriented
Eager to build a long-term career in SaaS sales
No prior sales experience neededwell train you
This is a chance to break into tech learn from experienced Account Executives and work toward becoming one yourself. Youll be joining a company that cares about growth clarity and building a strong team culture. Youll have support progression and real ownership from day one.
This is a primarily office-based role in Belfast. Some remote work flexibility will be available over time and the role may evolve into a hybrid setup as trust and experience grow.
