Programme Manager Sustainability & Regulatory Change - The role:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic high-impact programmes focused on sustainability and regulatory change.
  • Collaborate with market-leading sustainability experts and the firms Sustainability Committee to drive meaningful transformation.
  • Develop business cases manage scope budgets timelines and ensure programmes deliver against strategic objectives.
  • Establish and oversee programme governance balancing agility with control for effective decision-making.
  • Manage risks issues and dependencies across a complex change portfolio.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change enablement strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide clear concise updates to senior leadership through reports and presentations.
  • Champion best practices in programme management aligned with the firms goals.

Programme Manager - Sustainability & Regulatory Change - What were looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes in professional services or global organisations.
  • Expertise in sustainability and regulatory-driven change with a track record of mitigating risks and achieving compliance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Strong collaboration skills especially in global cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in programme management tools and methodologies (e.g. MSP PRINCE2 PMP APMQ).
  • A forward-thinking solution-oriented mindset with a passion for responsible business practices.
  • Commitment to inclusivity wellbeing and continuous developmentaligned with Linklaters values and culture.
