Own outbound pipeline generation across all regions and channels
Lead and manage a global team of BDRs ensuring high performance accountability and continuous improvement
Design and execute outbound playbooks cadences messaging strategies and KPIs
Coach and develop BDRs through hands-on feedback call reviews and structured training programs
Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align GTM efforts define ICPs and ensure high-quality lead flow
Report on key metrics and use data to drive improvements across performance conversion and outreach efficiency
Recruit and onboard top-tier BDR talent as the team grows
Have 36 years experience managing BDR/SDR teams ideally across multiple time zones or markets
Know what world-class outbound looks like and how to scale it
Are a strong coach and motivator with a proven ability to get the best from individuals
Bring fluency in tools like Outreach Salesloft Salesforce Gong etc.
Are metrics-obsessed but people-first you lead with empathy and clarity
Thrive in fast-paced environments love building systems and execute with urgency
Have a deep understanding of the full funnel from cold outreach to qualified pipeline
You are based in London / Manchester
Fully remote set-up with 2x company-wide meetups per year to meet and bond with your colleagues.
