Position Summary
The Recruiter plays a key role in identifying engaging and hiring mission-aligned talent across clinical operational and administrative roles at Thrive2Liv. This individual is responsible for full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is proactive people-centered and passionate about advancing health equity through talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and extending offers.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
- Use creative and strategic sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Maintain and grow pipelines for high-need clinical and community-facing roles.
Candidate Engagement
- Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates to ensure timely follow-up and transparency.
- Conduct interviews and reference checks in alignment with company values and compliance standards.
Hiring Manager Support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment goals.
- Provide guidance on interviewing selection criteria and offer development.
Technology & Reporting
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows and documentation.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate sources.
Outreach & Representation
- Represent Thrive2Liv at virtual and in-person job fairs community events and school partnerships.
- Support branding and outreach initiatives to promote Thrive2Liv as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business public health or related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience preferably in healthcare nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience sourcing for clinical or field-based roles a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in ATS systems sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with healthcare workforce needs and recruitment compliance.
- Understanding of health equity diversity hiring and community-based recruitment strategies.
