Position
TLB Operator (Tractor Backhoe Loader)
Location
Chagai Balochistan
Qualification
- Certification or training in operating tractor backhoe loaders.
Experience
- Proven experience of at least 4 years as a TLB Operator or similar role in construction or landscaping.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license mandatory.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness (Dover test).
- Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to interpret blueprints plans and diagrams.
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
- Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor backhoe loaders to perform tasks according to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Use TLB to excavate and backfill trenches foundations and other earthwork projects.
- Load and unload materials such as dirt gravel and construction debris using the TLB.
- Operate the TLB to assist with grading and leveling terrain as required.
- Perform routine maintenance on the TLB including inspecting greasing and cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work tasks and ensure project efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including storing tools and equipment properly.
- Always follow company policies and procedures.
