ServiceNow Solution Architect
The opportunity
As our ServiceNow Solution Architect youll will be responsible for overseeing the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions effectively mapping business needs to technical requirements and ensuring the scalability and performance of our ServiceNow environment. This position requires a high level of technical expertise strategic thinking and the ability to lead conversations and projects.
This is a hybrid position based inNaarm Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead solution design of ServiceNow implementations demonstrating understanding of the client organisation enterprise architecture and desired outcomes.
- Work closely with clients and colleagues to define design and implement ServiceNow solutions and ensuring they address business requirements and align with future state.
- Contribute to business development activities including written proposals presales activities functional demonstrations and presentations.
Skills and attributes for success
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 10 years industry experience experience in technical leadership - leading larger teams and demonstrated ability to map solutions to address client business issues and problems.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Significant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation and experience in IT solution architecture and understanding of enterprise architecture.
Ideally youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Were interestedin your aptitude attitude and willingness to learn.
- ServiceNow certifications in System Administrator Application Developer Implementation Specialist or CTA.
- Experience in strategy business development finance and budgeting.
- Experience with ServiceNow Protected Platform.
