In Vivo Pharmacology Scientist Oncology Research

We are developing a diverse pipeline of next-generation medicines targeting both solid and hematological cancers. We are looking for a motivated Scientist with expertise in in vivo oncology research to join our team in Gaithersburg MD USA. As a key member of our team you will contribute to all aspects of in vivo pharmacology support helping to establish assay systems and deliver impactful datasets for drug discovery.
Accountabilities:
In this laboratory-based role within Oncology Research you will design conduct and analyze experiments to evaluate the function of our antibody drug conjugate (ADC) drugs and explore their mechanisms of action. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and project leaders to ensure timely data generation and dissemination contributing to scientific publication goals. Your strong background in laboratory-based science will keep you informed about relevant scientific literature in tumor biology pharmacology and cancer preclinical models. Your passion for the field will drive your success.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $87200.00 - 130800.00. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and addition our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles)to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles) and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
