Supervisor
The Phoenix Chelsea is a quirky little pub just off the Kings Road that has a dedicated custom from the locals in Chelsea. Known as the go-to pub for food wine or decent beer our little pub hidden away on Smith Street is a refuge to those that know. As a food-orientated pub our menu goes beyond your usual classics with a heavy focus on specials that are truly special giving customers and our chefs a chance to try something different and interesting on a regular basis.

What we look for in aSupervisor:
As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliverexceptional customer service every time and be able to buildrapport with our customers and our team to continuethe success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team toensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shiftssafely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to theircareer in hospitality and we can offer ongoingdevelopment to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
