Job Summary:
The Local Marketing Manager will be responsible for planningand executing all local marketing efforts for both the boutique hotel andrestaurant. This includes building brand awareness increasing traffic andbookings managing social media and fostering partnerships with the localcommunity and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the General Manager to manage room ratesbuild consistent corporate trade and build stay packages with local businesses.
Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan forboth the restaurant and hotel.
Identify key customer segments and develop targetedmarketing campaigns.
Track and report on ROI for marketing initiatives and adjuststrategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram FacebookTikTok etc.) with engaging brand-aligned content.
Oversee Google My Business TripAdvisor Yelp and otherreview platforms.
Brand & Community Engagement
Develop local partnerships (e.g. tourism boards localbusinesses events influencers).
Organise and promote in-house events seasonal promotionsand community initiatives.
Work alongside the general manager and central marketingteam to maintain brand consistency and push wider brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in marketing preferably inhospitality food & beverage or lifestyle brands.
Excellent communication writing and storytelling skills.
Strong visual and brand awareness
Self-starter with a creative mindset and a love for foodhospitality and community.
