Job Description
Position Summary:
The purpose of the role is to ensure timely production of parts as per the planning and directions of the production plan
Work Youll Do:
- Reading and interpreting design models.
- Experience with computer modeling software like NX Software Autocad.
- Good Exposure of 3D programming 5 Axis of CNC Turning VMC HMC Mill turn Turn mill.
- Create programs to produce quality parts maximizing and maintaining efficiency.
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
- Computer literate in ERP MS office.
- Analyze drawings specifications work orders to determine optimal tooling and machine processes.
- Independently setup and operate multiple machines to quality standards.
Team:
Part of Machine Shop will handle different CNC Machines & all Shift Activities
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma/ BE Mechanical Engineer 8 to 10 years experience in CNC programming NX software preferred.
