We are seeking a PLC Programmer to join our team.
Tasks
- Programming of PLC HMI and other systems including visualization according to customer specifications
- Commissioning the device/cell
- Commissioning of robot communication with peripherals and the PLC system
- Error analysis and technical support
- Processing of project documentation
Requirements
- Experience in PLC and HMI system programming required
- High School / University Technical Education
- Interest in new technologies
- Intermediate knowledge of English or German
- Independent and structured way of working
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel
Your responsibilities:
- You will work on exciting projects in the field of e-mobility and create project-specific PLC programs and operating systems
- You
will be responsible for commissioning PLC Fieldbus systems drives and
safety technology of our assembly stations in Gdansk for e-Mobility
projects - You will need to set up operator panels controls NC drives and the associated interfaces to external devices
- Ideally you have profound knowledge in robot programming for ABB Kuka or Fanuc as well as in vision systems (Cognex)
- Within the project you will take over the technical support of the internal and support external commissioning engineers
- Furthermore you support the creation of programs and support thefunctional acceptance of the equipment supplied by external companies
- Take over the virtual commissioning of the created programs
