Focus of the Role

Telstra is looking for a passionateWarehouse Team Managerto lead our logistics and warehousing operations at our Kemps Creek NSW site. As Warehouse Team Manager youll lead a skilled team of technicians supporting Telstras key corporate accounts driving performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced high-impact environment. Youll help shape the future of warehousing through innovation agility and strategic resource planning.

This is a permanent fulltime role.

The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and must have or be able to attain a Baseline Security Clearance to be considered. This role will require you to hold and maintain Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.

  • Manage assets fleet tools and operational costs with precision.

  • Coach and develop your team to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Collaborate across regions to ensure flexibility and meet demand.

  • Proven leadership in logistics or field services.

  • A knack for coaching motivating and building high-performing teams.

  • Strong operational and technical acumen.

  • A passion for customer advocacy and innovation.

  • On-time delivery and budget control.

  • Measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and service quality.

Desirable Skills:

  • Diploma in Leadership Management or Logistics.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and field service systems.
