An opportunity for a three-month secondment has arisen for a full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE 4 days per week) Veterinary Services Support Coordinator to provide support to the Acting Director of Veterinary Services and other veterinary department leaders.
This exciting opportunity involves a blend of administrative expertise process coordination and people-focused support with Monday availability a must!

About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Working closely to the Acting Director of Veterinary Services and Clinic Coordinator to achieve organisation goals
General administration tasks
Vet Team Rosters & timesheets
Inducting and supporting veterinary students at Primary care as required
Assisting with customer escalations as required
Reviewing of customer complaints as required
Facilities escalations
Coordinating surgery bookings across North Melbourne and Cranbourne shelter medicine departments
Assisting with planning of High-Volume surgery days
Auditing of veterinary processes for NM & CB
Protocol writing and refining
Supporting the other department TLs with administration requests
Working with other operational TLs to improve processes
Ensuring safety protocols and audits are complete
About you:
You will bring:
Advanced administration skills
Experience on ShelterMate Ezy Vet and Emplive (desirable)
Good interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills
Experience with customer escalations (desirable)
