Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of a Technical University
- 13 years of experience in managing automotive production activities
- Knowledge of control plans PPAP problem-solving methods and 8D is a plus
- Proficiency in English and/or German is an advantage
- Analytical organized and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Solid leadership abilities
Job Description
- Coordinate daily production activities
- Analyze production plans and schedules
- Ensure production targets are met on time
- Contribute to the optimization of production processes
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Support the launch of new production projects
- Plan and allocate resources to meet production indicators
