JOB TITLE: RF Test Technician Defense
LOCATION: Chelmsford MA
PAY RATE: $25/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Shift: Day Shift Full-Time (Monday Thursday 4:00 PM 2:30 AM)

Summary:
-
Perform electrical and RF testing on systems sub-assemblies and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.

Follow process/work instructions and test plans to ensure product quality.
-
Use measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to verify standards.
-
Document test results accurately in databases and generate reports.
-
Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.

Collaborate with production quality and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
-
Interim Secret Clearance required to start.
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Basic computer skills for timekeeping work instructions and task confirmation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
-
Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.

Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

Reliable punctual and eager to grow and learn.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
