The Operations team at Upside is a diverse group of team-oriented individuals who are committed to our mission of helping communities thrive. The Merchant Operations team works cross-functionally to get locations live on the platform and tries to make our product even better for our merchants every day. As a Data Operations Analyst youll drive company success by:
Communicating effectively across levels and departments through strong verbal written and presentation skills
Interacting comfortably with merchants and external partners
Collaborating with project managers system health and engineering to ensure effective cross-project communication and issue management
Participating actively in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency
Assessing existing practices identifying deficiencies and gaps and creating plans to remediate
Thoroughly documenting processes and exceptions
Competencies Youll Need:
1 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated understanding of data integration and normalization
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience working in a collaborative environment
Ability to think creatively to approach problem-solving
Comfortability with external partner communications
Deadline driven self-motivated organized and able to multitask

This hybrid role is based in our DC or NYC -office attendance is required on Monday Tuesday and Thursday and may increase based on project-based needs and changes to Upsides in-office policy over time.
Compensation:
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100000 - $115000 equity benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
