Job Description
This is your chance to join a premier Real Estate Practice Group that handles high-value transactions across diverse property types including commercial residential industrial and agricultural. The firm is seeking a confident and experienced attorney with 8 years of experience in commercial real estate law and a strong understanding of land use and zoning matters. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while contributing meaningfully to a close-knit team.
Position Highlights:
- Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite 1 remote
- Billable Requirement: 1850 hours/year
- Realistic Partnership Track: 7 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage acquisitions dispositions developments and leasing transactions
- Advise on land use planning zoning and entitlements
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial leases
- Conduct due diligence title and survey review
- Represent clients in meetings with planning commissions and government bodies
- Provide strategic counsel to developers investors and property managers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in commercial real estate and land use
- Licensed in Utah or willing to become licensed
- Exceptional drafting negotiation and communication skills
- Able to thrive with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $170000 $188000
