Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Warehouse Administrator 2 located in Henrico VA.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Administrator 2 role responsible for transportation requests tracking shipments and warehouse reporting on CPI and orders shipping to support the operation of the distribution center and an offsite warehouse.
What a typical day looks like:
- Prepares and monitors all transportation requests and major capital shipments to ensure the most cost effective and dependable carrier is selected.
- Maintain accurate on hand inventories for all Warehouse supplies and purchase as needed.
- Checks receiving documents to ensure that all purchased items were received
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Requires 2-4 years of related experience.
- Office Skills: telephones data entry office software to include word processing spreadsheets presentation package and database systems.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
