Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales team by providing data analysis reporting and insights to optimize sales processes enhance productivity and drive revenue growth. The position involves a blend of data management process optimization and strategic this role you also will prepare regular sales performance reports as well as develop customer tools and compile audits that highlight key metrics and the status of Lakeshores sales pipeline. Applicants should possess top-notch written and verbal communications skills. The ideal candidate can also juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy in addition to possessing a basic understanding of SQL
A day on the job looks like this:
- Create valuable audit insights based on designated sales activity requirements
- Gather and organize sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy among all aspects of reporting
- Manipulate data from multiple sources to create coherent reports
- Assist in the maintenance of sales technology tools such as sales analytics platforms and data visualization tools
- Utilize visualization tools (e.g. Excel Microsoft Fabric/Power BI) to present information in easily digestible graphs and charts
- Export data from Salesforce data lakes BI and/or company data tables based on the specific report requirements
- Provide written and/or verbal analysis of gathered data to management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing Finance Bid Department and IT to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy
Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics Computer Science or a related field
- 2 years of experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong administrative skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Excel skills and understanding of Power Query
- Proven proficiency with Word and Outlook
- Collaborative approach to producing great work

At Lakeshore we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $25.72 - $34.61 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidates relevant experience location and skillset.
