Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) Rehab
Job Type: PRN On-Call 8 or 10 hour Shifts (Your Preference) 1 Weekend/Month & 1 Holiday/Year

How youll contribute
Are you passionate about helping others regain their strength and mobility Were looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care this role youll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist delivering personalized treatment plans that help patients recover maintain and improve their physical function.
What Youll Do:
Implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapy techniques and modalities
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or adjustments to the supervising therapist
Document care services and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity
Educate patients and their caregivers about physical challenges and therapeutic goals
Support discharge planning including equipment recommendations and community resource referrals
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care

Qualifications and requirements:
Associates degree Required; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required
Physical Therapy Assistant in the State
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
