The Memorial Health Administrative Fellowship is a 12-month hands-on program that offers an unparalleled opportunity for professional growth.
Through a project-based model tailored for the next generation of healthcare leaders the Fellowship offers full immersion in the strategic operational and clinical engines that drive Memorial Health.
This full-time salaried fellowship offers emerging healthcare leaders firsthand experience working directly with our CEO and Enterprise Leadership Team. Youll gain exposure to strategic decision-making participate in high-priority initiatives and contribute to transformational work across our five-hospital health system.
Through a blend of project work executive mentorship and system-level engagement the Administrative Fellow will develop leadership skills operational insight and a deep understanding of how healthcare systems drive innovation performance and community impact.
What Youll Need to Apply:
Education: Masters degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from an accredited program (completed prior to fellowship start).
Skills: Strong analytical project management communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized adaptable and eager to learn.
Mindset: A collaborative service-minded professional who thrives in ambiguity and seeks meaningful impact in healthcare.
Certification: Flawless Consulting certification (to be obtained within the first year of the fellowship).
Partner with senior and system leaders on strategic projects aligned with Memorial Healths operational and long-term goals.
Lead research analysis and performance gap assessments to help inform executive decisions and process improvements.
Apply Flawless Consulting principles to design and implement organizational development interventions.
Serve as a thought partner in planning initiatives that enhance workforce performance culture and engagement.
Participate in leadership meetings board presentations and system-wide committees.
Support strategic planning policy development change management and system learning initiatives.
Maintain strict confidentiality while navigating sensitive business and personnel issues.
Represent Memorial Health in community engagement and networking opportunities.
