Title: Operator II Manufacturing
Shift: MondayFriday 3rd Shift 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Pay: Competitive hourly rate with shift differential

This position supports the Fill/Finish department. Responsibilities include filling capping labeling and assembling product components in controlled cleanroom environments. Work is performed using both manual and automated equipment. Tasks must follow defined procedures and comply with quality safety and regulatory standards.

Additional duties include cleaning production areas and equipment on a regular schedule. PPE and gowning are required for all cleanroom activities. Operators are expected to document their work clearly and accurately.

Collaboration with other team members is essential to maintaining production goals. The role involves routine tasks with a strong focus on consistency accuracy and adherence to process. After training operators should be able to manage tasks independently while recognizing and reporting any process deviations.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

02 years of experience in a manufacturing cleanroom or warehouse environment

Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation

Basic computer skills (Word Excel)

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on feet throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in life sciences or regulated manufacturing

Familiarity with GMP ISO or FDA-regulated environments

Background in chemistry biology or related field

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $16.78$25.17.
