Were growing and seeking a passionate Sales Representative who can help us expand our reach and connect more families with the support they need.
Generate leads and develop new referral relationships (hospitals clinics senior centers discharge planners etc.)
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into loyal clients
Build long-term relationships with clients families and referral sources
Represent CareWorks at community events networking opportunities and local outreach programs
Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
Proven sales experience in home care healthcare or related industries
A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and exceeding expectations
Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while embodying CareWorks values of empathy and integrity
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Base salary performance-based bonuses (uncapped earnings)
