Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our this role you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing events from conception through to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure each event is delivered on time within budget and exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and manage events from start to finish.
Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Oversee event logistics including venue setup catering audio-visual equipment and schedules.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Supervise on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.
Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events.
Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when required.
