We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Houston TX. Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries providing accurate information and effective solutions.
Document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
