Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring that all inquiries issues and requests are handled with professionalism and care. You will work closely with other departments to resolve problems improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues escalating complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a customer support or client service role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
