Job Description

Job Description
The Communications Representative will support day-to-day communications initiatives ensuring consistent brand voice across internal and external channels. You will draft and edit content coordinate press and stakeholder outreach track campaign performance and assist with events and announcements. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality on-time work.

Responsibilities

  • Draft edit and proofread press releases briefs newsletters web copy and stakeholder updates.

  • Coordinate media lists outreach interview logistics and briefing materials.

  • Maintain communications calendars message matrices and approval workflows.

  • Monitor coverage compile reports and summarize insights for leadership.

  • Support event communications (invites run-of-show talking points follow-ups).

  • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all materials.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Sales and People teams on internal communications.

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 13 years of professional communications experience in an agency corporate or nonprofit setting.

  • Strong writing editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with media relations practices and basic analytics/reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working cross-functionally.

  • Proficiency with standard office and content tools (e.g. MS Office/Google Workspace; basic CMS familiarity is a plus).
