Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Relationship Manager to build maintain and expand relationships with our commercial clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop long-term relationships with commercial clients.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring timely and effective communication.
Develop tailored solutions to meet clients business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve any issues.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on client performance and opportunities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in account management business development or commercial relationship management.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
