Job Description
Duxbury Public Schools Mentor Coordinator

(Three Positions)
Duxbury Public Schools is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Mentor Coordinator for theschool year. There are three positions one for the Alden School one for the Chandler School and one for Duxbury Middle School.
Position Requirements:
- One year appointment
- Interested candidates must have professional status and should submit a letter of interest to Dr. Elizabeth Wilcox ()
- Candidates must be able to attend the District Mentor Training on August 19 2025 from 8:00am to 12:00pm (if training is necessary)
Mentor Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and develop schedule and agenda for before and after school building based monthly Mentor meetings
- Meet periodically with building administrative liaison to Mentor program
- Serve as contact person for Mentors/Mentees
- Complete other Mentor/Mentee related administrative tasks
- Attend EOY Colloquium in June 2023
- Stipend of $750 will be paid upon completion of the program at the end of the school year
