Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team you will act as the team lead in designing and developing advanced solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments including coding testing and certifying technology platforms software and applications as well as coach and mentor team members.

TheSr. Application Developer - Python Observability and AWS role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Apply your advanced skills and knowledge to develop solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
- Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms and account for interrelated functionality and processes when developing designs.
- Establish and maintain policies guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions and lead the team in addressing identified issues.
Minimum Required Experiences:
- 6 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS and their service offerings
- Proficient in Python and/or Java Programming
- In-depth knowledge of large scale computing systems. Networks architecture firewalls JVMs and storage.
- Problem solving skills.
- Observability tools
Desired Experiences:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 10 years of experience
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Open Telemetry and its implementation
- Agentic AI related knowledge and/or experience
- Knowledge in tools like Catchpoint Splunk
- Problem solving skills.
Target Pay Range: $138000.00 - $180000.00 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and other relevant qualifications.
