Job Description

Pay range is between $23.00 - 25.00 (DOE).

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Receive issue and transfer materials in SAP.
  2. Physically receive materials in the warehouse.
  3. Physically issue materials to Production.
  4. Verify materials received.
  5. Verify SAP inventories.
  6. Stock materials into warehouse.
  7. Inspect quality of materials received.
  8. Coordinate E-Waste pick up and disposal.
  9. Answer phones and file paperwork for recordkeeping.
  10. Requisition Sanitation stock supplies on a weekly basis as well as reconcile inventory issues.
  11. Prepare reports for cost water usage meter readings and daily issues.

Additional Job Functions:

  1. Maintain accurate inventory for maintenance parts and supplies.
  2. Perform required reports in SAP to verify inventories.
  3. Receive and stock materials utilizing power lift equipment.
  4. Prepare appropriate receiving documents.
  5. Maintain filing system.
  6. Serve as backup for Maintenance Planner when on vacation.
  7. Communicate material quality issues and shortages to Management and Purchasing.
  8. Other duties as assigned including special projects.

Qualifications :

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Computer skills and knowledge of Windows system Microsoft Word and Excel and SAP.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Demonstrate strong interpersonal organizational verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Initiative sound analytical skills and ability to organize work independently with a minimum of supervision.
  6. Valid PIT Certification Card.
  7. Must be able to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
