Qualifications :
- 5 years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering AI/ML data science infrastructure and product roles
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier talent in high-growth competitive environments
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques including advanced Boolean search and use of various recruiting tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of technical roles including the ability to evaluate candidates technical skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with changing priorities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
- Proficiency in market mapping and competitive intelligence gathering
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve recruiting processes
- Experience working in or recruiting for AI/ML companies is highly desirable
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and recruiting methods
