Job Description

Were looking to connect with exceptional recruiting professionals for a six-month contract opportunity (could get extended or turn into full-time) with one of our clients a high-profile AI company assembling a best-in-class TA team to drive their sourcing strategy and execution.

  • A proven track record in technical recruiting (engineering AI/ML data science infrastructure product etc.)
  • Experience delivering in high-growth high-expectation environments
  • A talent for market mapping sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering AI/ML data science infrastructure and product roles
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier talent in high-growth competitive environments
  • Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques including advanced Boolean search and use of various recruiting tools and platforms
  • Strong understanding of technical roles including the ability to evaluate candidates technical skills and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with changing priorities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
  • Proficiency in market mapping and competitive intelligence gathering
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve recruiting processes
  • Experience working in or recruiting for AI/ML companies is highly desirable
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and recruiting methods
