Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Support residential painting projects as part of facility upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or team members.
- Supervise and lead small teams during maintenance projects when required.
Skills
- Proficiency in using an ohmmeter and other electrical testing tools.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
- Strong understanding of schematics related to electrical systems.
- Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
- Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques and materials.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Leadership qualities with experience in supervising teams during projects.
