This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel this role you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of your clients travel needs including booking flights hotels and rental cars. As a Travel Advisor your ultimate goal will be to keep clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work within the US.
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Personal travel experience is a huge plus however not required
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus but not required
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

Documentation and Payment Processing: Ensure that all necessary business travel documents are secured, such as visas or insurance. Manage payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions. Problem Resolution and Client Care: Address any travel disruptions, providing quick resolutions to issues like flight cancelation or delays. Liaise with vendors to resolve problems and ensure the continuity of corporate travel. Industry Knowledge and Product Expertise: Stay updated on corporate travel trends and services to provide clients with relevant advice. Continuously research new travel products to enhance the corporate travel experience.
