Job Description
Position: Production & Delivery Support Associate Including Analytical Operations (HPLC LC-MS GC-MS GC-FID)
Company: Volta Biotech
Compensation: Starting at $15/hr bonus potential
Employment Type: W-2 (Not a 1099 contractor)
Availability: Must have open availability between 8 AM 4 PM Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
This is a hands-on cross-functional support role ideal for someone looking to grow in the cannabis industry. You ll assist in production inventory compliance deliveries customer communication and analytical/lab tasks. A strong work ethic flexibility and willingness to learn are key.
Please Note: This position involves assisting with and potentially operating equipment in our analytical department including HPLC LC-MS GC-MS and GC-FID systems. Prior lab experience is a plus but training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a backup driver and cross-train in transportation/logistics (must be capable and willing to drive and have a valid driver s license)
Assist in retail product preparation and packaging
Support inventory management including ERP data entry and METRC tagging/compliance
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in production and storage areas
Assist the analytical/lab department including working with or near HPLC LC-MS GC-MS and GC-FID systems
Assist with outbound sales calls as needed
Communicate with processors dispensaries and customers professionally and clearly
Perform general warehouse and operational duties across departments
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Open availability between 8 AM 4 PM Monday to Friday
Valid driver s license required
Familiarity with METRC ERP systems or cannabis compliance
Bonus: Experience or interest in lab or analytical equipment such as HPLC LC-MS GC-MS and GC-FID
Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with customers
Reliable organized and a strong team player
Comfortable working across multiple departments and learning new skills
