About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and creative professional to help power our AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) this role youll be responsible for writing testing and improving prompts and messaging strategies used by our AI SDR to engage prospects.
Youll assist with reviewing active campaigns identifying whats working and optimizing outreach plays to improve engagement. This is a great opportunity to learn how AI and outbound sales intersectno AI experience required just strong writing skills a growth mindset and attention to detail.
What Youll Do:
1. Prompt & Messaging Creation
- Write and refine prompts that guide our AI SDRs tone structure and outreach goals.
- Adjust messaging based on use case industry and persona.
2. Campaign Review
- Monitor AI SDR campaigns for quality engagement and tone alignment.
- Flag weak-performing messages and identify areas for improvement.
3. Optimization & Testing
- Run experiments on subject lines message formats and value props.
- Help track performance metrics like open reply and meeting rates.
4. Product Persona Channel Expertise
- Become a Filevine product Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) buyer persona and marketing channel expert to ensure prompts and campaigns deeply connect with prospect needs and drive meaningful engagement.
5. Documentation & QA
- Maintain a library of approved prompts and templates.
- Follow internal QA processes to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
What You Bring
- Internal Filevine employee with .5-2 years of experience in Business development
- Strong writing editing and communication skills
- Organized and comfortable working with multiple campaigns at once
- Curious about generative AI and how its changing outbound sales
- Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing CRMs or outbound platforms like Apollo salesloft Qualified or ChatGPT
