Job Description
Job Summary
This position will assist the Womens Lacrosse Coach with the organizing planning and coaching of the Womens Lacrosse team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who specializes in coaching goalies and is looking for a career in college coaching.
Essential Functions
- Assist the Womens Lacrosse team during practices and games. Emphasis on session planning and collaborations with coaching staff. Coaching goalies as the primary focus of duties.
- Assist with student-athlete development athletically and academically.
- Assist the head coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising operations and logistics. Assist in the coordination of team travel with other lacrosse and athletic department staff.
- Follow all university athletic department NCAA and CAA rules and policies.
- Assist in the planning and organization of on campus recruiting and camps and clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Former collegiate lacrosse player or coach and knowledge of coaching goalies.
Physical Demands
- Typically sitting at a desk/table
- Typically bending crouching stooping
- Typically running climbing
- Lifting demands 50lbs

Additional Information
This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as offered pay is based on the successful candidates qualifications and experience departmentbudget and an internal equity review.
