Production Lead to Weekday

As a Production Lead you will be part of our Product Marketing Team at Weekday where we produce Lookbook/ ecom Monthly campaigns/ Style stories for our 3 Sub brands; Weekday Monki and Cheap Monday. We also produce graphic material for all our channels. 

You will lead and secure the production phase in all assigned projects from brief to final delivery including timelines for all steps as startup meetings productions and final deliverables. 

WHAT YOULL DO 

• Lead and secure the production phase in all assigned projects from brief to final delivery 
• Manage timelines for all production steps including start-up meetings shoots (in-house and on location) and final deliverables 
• Support and collaborate with the creative team to improve ways of working and facilitate day-to-day activities 
• Plan and book all meetings connected to production and delivery 
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration across teams maintaining transparency on status and risks 
• Coordinate and follow up on all administrative tasks including budget distribution and invoicing.

Youll collaborate closely with creatives producers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content such as lookbooks monthly campaigns style stories social media content and sale/deals material across all channels. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with

• Previous experience as a Production Lead preferably within the fashion industry.
• Proven experience in production processes for digital communication 
• Strong organizational and project management skills 
• Fluency in English both verbal and written

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

This is a temporary position for a maternity cover for 9 month based at our Head Office in Stockholm Sdermalm.

In this role you will have the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office. While remote working is part of our offer approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaboration and teamwork.
