Job Title: Mulesoft Integration Specialist

Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Integration Specialist with hands-on experience in MuleSoft and a strong understanding of modern integration architecture. This role bridges solution design and delivery - ideal for someone who can both code and architect scalable secure and efficient integration solutions. You will be part of the Digital Platform department reporting to the Technical Architect/Integrations Product Owner and will contribute to the Logistics project aimed at implementing a logistics management and planning software for improved operational performance.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Design develop and maintain robust integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration designs and APIs.
- Define and enforce integration standards including reusability monitoring performance and security best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation (API specs data mappings solution architecture diagrams).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps Security Data Business) to ensure integrations meet technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance; troubleshoot production issues as needed.
- Lead or contribute to architectural discussions and decisions around systems integration strategy.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; Master s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in integration architecture and development.
- Proven expertise with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center Exchange Runtime Manager API Manager).
- Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs using RAML or OpenAPI.
- Proficiency in integration protocols (HTTP JMS FTP etc.) and data formats (JSON XML CSV).
- Familiarity with Java SQL and scripting languages.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git Jenkins etc.).
- Understanding of microservices and cloud-native integration patterns.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Written English: mandatory.
- Spoken English: appreciated but not required.
- Stack Tech: MuleSoft Anypoint Platform REST/SOAP APIs RAML/OpenAPI HTTP JMS FTP JSON XML CSV Java SQL scripting languages Git Jenkins microservices cloud-native patterns.
Complementary Requirements:
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman).
- Knowledge of cloud integration services (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA Confluence).
- Scrum knowledge is a plus.
