Job Description

Your Responsabilities

We are looking for a QA/QC Analyst in Porto to support the Roles & Access (R&A) Optimization and Master Data Creation initiatives within the IFS ERP system.
Supported the migration and post-migration stabilization of the ERP system (IFS) ensuring financial data integrity process reliability and system compliance.

  • Monitored data integration between IFS ERP and legacy system (SunSystems);
  • Participated in integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
  • Supported compliance controls (ICOFR ICOSIT) contributed to audit documentation and reviewed access management (GAU) and segregation of duties (SoD);
  • Actively contributed to continuous improvement initiatives and supported the rollout of additional ERP modules;
  • Define and document QA/QC guiding principles (golden rules) for both R&A and Master Data Creation in IFS;
  • Monitor compliance with these QA/QC principles and report on non-conformities proposing corrective actions as needed;
  • Develop a QA/QC roadmap that sequences key improvements at technical system and process levels for both focus areas;
  • Contribute actively (but not in a lead capacity) to the planning and execution of QA/QC initiatives collaborating with relevant stakeholders and technical teams;
  • Documented QA/QC principles tailored for R&A and Master Data Creation in IFS;
  • Periodic compliance monitoring reports including issues identified and corrective actions recommended;
  • A comprehensive QA/QC roadmap with clear improvement tracks initiatives milestones and expected outcomes;
  • Progress reports detailing the execution status of ongoing QA/QC activities;


    YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or a related field;
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems (preferably IFS) including Roles & Access (R&A) and Master Data Creation processes.
  • Experience in quality assurance (QA/QC) including defining guiding principles monitoring compliance and managing non-conformities.
  • Familiarity with integration testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong reporting skills to deliver monitoring reports progress updates and audit documentation.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
