We are currently seeking a HR Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least experience in a similar position or related field. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously assess and enhance organizational processes and overall business performance through observation and analysis.
- Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to leadership on project and initiative progress.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws regulations and company policies.
- Support cross-functional teams manage multiple priorities and work proactively to mitigate employment-related issues and risks.
- Offer expert guidance on employee relations policy enforcement and best practices in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1) both written and spoken.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience working in high-volume fast-paced environments such as BPO shared services or similar industries.
- Demonstrated leadership with a strong focus on people management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong data analysis reporting and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and experience with enterprise or collective labor agreements.
