We are a growing team looking for an InternAccounts Payable Representative in the Finance department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wrocaw office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Intern Accounts Payable Representative you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and accuracy of our global financial operations. You will collaborate daily with teams from around the world efficiently process invoices and accounting documents and support customers in resolving accounting issues. We offer the opportunity to work on international projects a comprehensive onboarding training package and daily support from the team.
In this role you will
- Involve in data entry tasks;
- Check documents;
- Manage reports;
- Collaborate with other departments to update our management system;
- Manage the invoices (Indexing Validation and Matching);
- Support the AP team in other daily tasks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- A fast learner a proactive attitude and the ability to learn new tools quickly;
- Communicative level of English min. B2 level;
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook would be nice to have;
- Excellent customer service oral and written communication skills;
- Fluent Polish.
