Traffic Management Designer
Remote Full-Time PHP 32000 to PHP 60000 per month
The Role
Kick-start your career in traffic planning with a role that offers hands-on experience in designing safe and efficient traffic guidance schemes. As an Entry-Level Traffic Management Designer youll support critical infrastructure work across South Australia by producing high-quality traffic plans and learning directly from seasoned professionals in the field.
About the Client
Our client is a trusted traffic control provider operating across both urban and regional areas in South Australia. They specialize in safe and compliant traffic management solutions for planned and emergency work guided by national standards and local regulations. (Client name withheld for confidentiality.)
What You ll Do
- Draft and optimize Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) using RapidPlan
- Follow specific scoping instructions from the client and coordinate efficiently
- Prepare supporting documents such as options analysis and risk assessments
- Ensure plans meet quality standards and avoid escalations
- Maintain records and update administrative tools (e.g. SharePoint job trackers Traffio)
- Meet productivity targets (2 TGS/day)
- Pass internal quarterly exams (target: 80% average score)
Requirements
Who We re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in traffic design or planning (AU/NZ experience preferred)
- Skilled in preparing traffic management and control plans
- Familiarity with Australian traffic standards regulations and documentation
- Tech-savvy detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
